And it came to pass in those days that a decree went out from Caesar Augustus that all the world should be registered. This census first took place while Quirinius was governing Syria. So all went to be registered, everyone to his own city.
Joseph also went up from Galilee, out of the city of Nazareth, into Judea, to the city of David, which is called Bethlehem, because he was of the house and lineage of David, to be registered with Mary, his betrothed [wife, who was with child.
So it was, that while they were there, the days were completed for her to be delivered.
~ Luke 2: 1-6

I’m sending comfort hugs of God’s love to all my family and friends. It’s difficult at this time not being able to be with our families.

As I sit thinking about the store and the financial situation it is in, I was convinced we had no option but to close the doors. Then God sent me a message through a Facebook post. A reminder to lift up my eyes to where my help comes from. My help comes from the Lord. Sometimes I am so wrapped up in my own thoughts and trying to figure things out on my own I forget to look up. These are difficult timed for everyone. Let us keep looking up where our help comes from. The message I received ended with "help is on the way." Amazing Grace is not just a store it is my ministry to my community. As you know i have a prayer box for requests at the store. Even though we are closed at this time i would still like to pray for your needs. Please send your prayer needs in a comment, and remember to look up, help is on the way.
God bless you.
