Janelle Willis is one of those very special people.
Janelle came to us at just the right time in the spring of last year, and it didn’t take long for us to realize that we had found someone truly one of a kind. Her work ethic is something you simply don’t see every day. She is always moving, always noticing what needs to be done, and always ready to jump in and help.
But what makes Janelle truly special goes far beyond how hard she works. She is an absolute gem to work with. She is kind, thoughtful, generous, and constantly thinking about the people around her. She remembers what her coworkers like, notices what they might need, and often surprises them with a little gift or thoughtful gesture simply because she was thinking of them. 💚
We are incredibly lucky to have Janelle on our team. Her dedication, kindness, intelligence, and joy make her truly one of a kind—and she makes Franz Witte McCall a much better place to work.
