I see a lot of new faces around here, so let me reintroduce myself! ✨🎈

I’m Alicia, the face behind What’s Poppin Balloons!

What started with a love for creating pretty things has turned into something I truly love — helping people bring their celebrations to LIFE!

I specialize in custom balloon decor, balloon garlands, party backdrops, event styling & full event setups for all kinds of special occasions!

🎂 Birthdays
💍 Weddings & bridal showers
🍼 Baby showers & gender reveals
🎓 Graduations & school events
🏢 Grand openings & corporate events
💒 Church & community events
✨ Proms, banquets, galas, retirement parties & MORE!

I’m based in Hope, Arkansas and proudly serve Nashville, Southwest Arkansas, Texarkana and surrounding areas — and yes, I’m available to travel for events too! 🚗🎈

My favorite part of this business is taking an idea, theme or even just a few inspiration pictures and turning them into something you’re excited to see when you walk into the room. Whether you need a simple balloon garland or want help styling the whole event, I’m your girl!

If you’re new here, WELCOME! I’m so glad you found my page!

Thank y’all SO much for every follow, share, tag, referral and booking. Every bit of support helps my small business grow, and I appreciate it more than you know! 🤍

✨ Apparently I’ve been spending a little too much time in Oz this year… and I’m not mad about it. 💚🎈

From defying gravity with a Wicked-inspired setup to following the yellow brick road for a Wizard of Oz theme… I LOVE bringing a great theme to life!

Which trip to Oz is your favorite — Wicked 💚🩷 or Wizard of Oz 🌈👠?
