Welcome to The Table… take a seat.
Join us June 20th for a magical night amongst the trees and fireflies filled with upscale food, stories of appalachia, and a little whimsy. Junes menu is as follows:
Course 1: A chilled golden beet and fresh ginger soup.
Course 2: Early summer garden succotash served over a scratch buttermilk biscuit
Course 3: Orchard peach, heirloom tomato, and burrata salad
Course 4: Apple smoked local trout new potatoe salad
Course 5: palate cleanser (chef choice based on current harvest)
Course 6: Orchard peach hot honey chicken.
Course 7: freshly picked peach puddin with honey whip and homemade nilla wafers
As always, this menu can change based on current harvest availability when cooking hyper local.
For those who may be a fan of pairings, may we suggest the addition of the wine pairing that perfectly balances the flavors of this magical summer supper. Not a fan of wine? There will also be a bar cart available for anyone who chooses to imbibe ( not included in cost- cash or card accepted by the cart).
