Let's beat the mid-summer heat and slow down a bit this Saturday morning?

Daphne Weaver from Restoration Yoga & Wellness is coming back to The Courtyard at 10a to lead a Cooling Yin Yoga session, and it’s going to be a wonderful way to start your weekend.

If you’ve never tried Yin yoga before, Daphne keeps it very light, gentle, and accessible for everyone. It’s a slow-paced practice focused on easy stretches, calm breathwork, and releasing built-up tension.

Daphne is providing all the mats and props for the class, and she will even have cold, refreshing towels ready for everyone at the end! 🧊✨

Why Add Comfrey to a Magnesium Cream?

If magnesium is wonderful on its own... why did I take the extra step of infusing mine with comfrey? If you are going to apply something, why not combine two healing qualities into one product? And, for goodness sake, I'm an herbalist.....I couldn't make "just" a magnesium cream!

We’re taking the lavender on the road this weekend!

We are headed up the river to Zanesville for the August 2026 Artisan Market at The Downtown Exchange, and we are so grateful for the opportunity to share our lavender with our neighbors in Muskingum County!

We’ll have a full booth set up inside featuring our fragrant dried lavender bundles, sachets, handcrafted bath and body treats, and plenty of lavender goodness to bring a little calm to your space.
