Fair week is right around the corner, and getting The Floral Hall set up and shining for The Morgan County Fair is easily one of my favorite things to do all year!

The Fair is next week, September 8th through September 12th, and I will be hanging out in Floral Hall every single day with Hayley and the crew. I can't wait to see all of your flowers, produce, creative art entries and happy faces filling the hall!

Because I'll be full-time at the fairgrounds next week, The Shop will be CLOSED September 8–12.

Have you heard? Fawn is coming back to The Courtyard!

Our friend Fawn Keith of Flora by Fawn Flower Farm is heading our way on Saturday, September 19th, and we're getting ready for some cozy fall goodness. Everlasting Pumpkin & Dried Flower Workshop

She'll be bringing a gorgeous bounty of dried blooms to help you design your own 10″ everlasting pumpkin centerpiece.

It’s definitely no secret that there’s a whole lot of energy and good things happening around McConnelsville and Morgan County lately but this upcoming event has us especially excited!

Nick and I are so happy to be part of the inaugural Honey Hop hosted by Discover McConnelsville, on Saturday, September 26th!

Picture this: regional honey producers, local apiaries, sweet treats and community fun, all with our little village and the Muskingum River as the backdrop. Sign me up!

Even better? We get to host the fine folks from Wayward Hill Farms from Belpre, Ohio right here at Bellavenue Manor! They’re known for their passion for sustainable beekeeping and crafting incredible pure, raw honey and all-natural beeswax goods straight from the hive. You'll definitely want to stop in, meet the faces behind the farm and snag some of their amazingness.
