Sooooo. I've been offered a VERY good job offer with a Govt. agency (DOT) . I've been working as a consultant with them since February of this year. I've helped with many things and now what I suspected was coming has... Problem is with 2 bait shops , and the transport business its gonna be very difficult to balance all of this. My wife and I have worked extremely hard building a small bait shop to being voted the BEST shop in Indiana 2 years in a row..
I am reluctantly considering selling the bait shop in McCordsville in order to be able to accept this offer. I still am planning on keeping the Greensboro store as well as helping get the Summit Lake location up and going as soon as possible. This would be a great investment if someone has a interest in fishing. It would be sold as a turn - key opportunity. And if you needed help for a few weeks or a few months to get comfortable to take the baton I'm sure something could be arranged.. so if this is something you may be interested in get hold of me and let's talk. I would appreciate only if you are serious and have the ability to get the loan to buy this business. It's a well established business near Geist Reservoir.
Just kicking the idea around.. but if someone is serious about owning there own business, this is a great chance.

Good morning, everybody. Happy Saturday. Stop by one of our 2 locations for all your fishing. Items and so much more are Greensboro. Store will be open until 6:30 tonight. Due to the mount lawn Speedway, race stop by and order are delicious made to order Pizza. Hope everybody has a great day. And don't forget our mccordsville store is closing at 3:30 today because it is a race day. The vending machine will be fully stocked.
