Baby it’s cold outside ❄️
Spent the past two weeks snowed in with the family while the other half of the country in currently on fire 🔥. As we enjoy this snow I can’t help but be grateful for listening to the instructions given to me by Spirit. Get Out. Another reminder and nudge from the universe slow down and listen to your intuition.

2025 is about ME. Don’t take it personal. You won’t be the first to know, just might be the first to go. Happy Winter Solstice y’all! 2025 is about Me. And it should be about you too. I’m Calling all my energy back and redirecting it into all of MY projects, goals, accomplishments, desires and FUTURE. This year has held some of the biggest life changes and as I am seeing our life fall into place I am so happy to know that it will only increase as the next Gregorian New Year comes into view. I have stopped being so distracted by everything and everyone else and focused my energy solely on what I am trying to accomplish for myself and family in the next year. Some have taken it personally while others who are focused on them selves understand it on a deeper level. 2024 was the year of Truth and Exposure and 2025 will be the year of Completion, Ex*****on and Full Disclosure. Everything that needs to be accomplished WILL get accomplished. Welcome to Winter Solstice and the beginning of the rest of your life, time to get your s**t together and let people know they aren’t the focus of your energy 🙌🏾🙌🏾🙌🏾

October So Far 🍁🍂
October is the peak of harvest season and I find myself really taking the time to inventory all that I have harvested in the spring and summer. Six months ago we were living 100° life in Los Angeles and now in Georgia living the best parts of a cozy 60° fall. I have harvested a bounty of manifestation of goals established many years ago with my family, breaking generational curses , creating generational wealth, separating from the systems of control, living my dreams, teaching yoga and raising my son in the right environment among many other things. I could not have written a better story for my life. Moral of the story leave anything behind that doesn’t serve you in order to begin your new life, people, places, circumstances, jobs. It doesn’t matter what it is if it no longer serves you, you will know, and once you move out of the way something will take its place.

Congratulations to my love on becoming the newest Firefighter for Henry County & our new small town in Georgia!!! After being a teacher and basketball coach for the past decade in Los Angeles mentoring kids and teens of all ages, he intentionally chose to dedicate his life to a new career that is deeply reflective of his selfless character. I couldn’t be more proud, especially because he’s a Ta**us and is someone that doesn’t like a lot of change but decided to take himself ALL THE WAY out of his comfort zone to find what truly fits him. This is a very important reminder to all of you: Don’t ever be afraid to change your life and take time to celebrate 🥂🍾 🙌🏾🙌🏾🙌🏾🙌🏾

Stop making excuses as to why you aren’t living the life you want to be living. This Harvest Full Super Moon & Lunar Eclipse Portal is Magic. I’ve stopped talking about what I want to do and I’ve been making it happen. Teaching yoga full time again, planning & leading retreats, slowing down to parent from love and joy rather than the stress of getting things done, releasing doubts that aren’t my own and simply operating in the knowing that I am an alchemist and ANYTHING I decide I want for my life is more than Possible. Once I’m in Agreement & Alignment it’s Probable. Thats the message, this is my Blueprint.
