Okay Everyone!! It is time to see just what a local historian and author and do with my (and Dan's) tour!! Every Saturday in October, we can all take Dawg-Eared Books tour and see just what Jeff Wells has "dug" up! :) I will say that I have heard rumblings of very strange things (ghostly things) going on in Clay Plaza after hours!

I am looking forward to it!! Can't wait to see how you improve on our tour! Everytime this tour is taken over, there are a number of improvements... I also can't wait to see if Dan The Man can keep his mouth shut! :)

We are still bringing out books from our overstock area. Yesterday I brought out some James Patterson, VC Andrews, James Clavell among many, many others! Books are still a dollar for paper back and 2 dollars for hard bound!

We are having our close out sale!!! ALL paper back books are just $1.00, ALL hard bound books are $2.00, all gift items are half off and we are also selling our book cases - priced to move! We still have over 40,000 titles! Please share this post and help us get the word out! We only have until the end of September.

We have our Haunted History Tour tomorrow, Saturday at 6pm. This will be Dan The Man and Caprice's (mine) last Harrah!!

Okay. This morning someone brought up a very important point. What are we going to do with all those ghosts that Dan The Man invited to the book store? It would be irresponsible to just pack up and leave them. I think that along with finding good homes for our beloved books, we should adapt an "adopt a spirit" program.

I have a sad announcement.
We are closing the book store next month.
The good news is that we had a really good time talking with all of you wonderful people about our favorite authors and ghosts! I hope you guys had a good time too.
