Oops! I was so busy closing up that I forgot to say that we’re closed until next spring.
Opening date depends on how soon the ice melts and when we get enough spring rain. We’ll let everyone know as we get closer

We will open Friday May 24 for Memorial Day weekend. Message us on Facebook if you want to reserve a fishing boat or kayak. This season, our store hours will vary because of our jobs, but we will post updates as we figure things out. Meanwhile, reach out to us if you have any questions about renting boats or getting gas. Thanks for your patience. We are looking forward to seeing you this Summer!

Dear Customers: We will not open the Barrs Resort Store this Summer. Mike, Marcus, and I are healthy and we are fine. We have a number of things to do and no time, so we decided to take a break. We are sorry for the inconvenience, but we look forward to seeing you again next year. Enjoy your Summer. The BARR'S RESORT

No better time than a rainy day to announce that our store is officially closed for the season. We want to thank all our customers for another great Summer. We are looking forward to seeing you again Memorial Day weekend 2023. Our best wishes for a good rest of the year to you and your families!

It is the very last weekend for renting a boat and getting gas, folks. We will be officially closed after Monday October 10.

We surely hope the weather improves for Labor Day. But if it doesn’t, there’s still time to come by the Store for bait, recreational gas, or to rent a fishing boat or kayak. Our plan is to stay open until Columbus Day - October 10. As always, thank you for your support!

How to operate a outboard motor? It’s simple than you think. Ps: in Wisconsin, if you were born after January 1st 1989, you need a boat safety certificate to operate motorized boats.
