HILL COUNTY, TX OFFICER IMPERSONATOR
On April 1st, 2022, a man in black wearing a gun, cowboy hat, and fake police badge and driving an unmarked black Chevy Suburban with flashing red, white, and blue internal lights reportedly pulled a young woman over on northbound IH35 in Hill County near Abbott, TX.
The first three letters of the license plate were reportedly 1MC. The young woman noticed the police badge did not have numbers on it and called 911. She was informed no officers were recorded as in the area and making a traffic stop. He reportedly screamed at her to get out of the car when she refused to roll down her window. She informed him she had called 911 and law enforcement was in route, after which he fled the scene.

We also received a comment that a woman had a strange encounter with a an driving a black Silverado while walking her dog in Killeen. We cannot find her post, but if someone does find it, please let us know.
