Melitta Jackson, College Graduate with a Bachelors of Arts degree in Art Studio Minoring in Art Hisotry, and certified as Museum Art and Gallery Practices: An artist, an Auntie, a Sister, a poet, A ASA secretary, a chef, a gardener, midnight librarian at heart, a Yurok Tribal member and my daughter. She has been busy working, growing our food in the garden (I’m not much of a dirt person can’t stand bugs) reads enormous amounts of books monthly, draws nightly and will soon be a published illustrator. With that said I had a dream the other night that I could help her become a self-supporting Artist if she had the publicity. She’s definitely completed the works. Been in several Art Shows here on the north coast: The latest is an otter in the Otter Project.
