A pure tea is a single-estate tea: every leaf in it came from one farm, so the soil, the climate and the way that estate handles its leaf all end up in the cup. A blend does the opposite on purpose, pulling leaf, fruit and flowers from several sources. Neither one is better, and Bai Mu Dan is a good place to taste the single-estate side of it.

Orange Sunrise doesn't pour orange, it pours red. There's lemongrass, hibiscus and dried orange peel and over a full glass of ice it becomes a refreshing herbal iced tea with a little zing. It's a great glass to end summer with.
