Last week, part of the Buchanan-Cellers team headed to Las Vegas for SUPERZOO, North America’s largest pet retail show! 🐾

We spent the week exploring the latest trends, discovering new products and brands, attending educational sessions, and connecting with many of our amazing vendors.

We’re always looking for ways to make Buchanan-Cellers the place to shop for your pets—from the brands you already love to the newest products hitting the market. After seeing what’s coming, we’re excited to bring even more to the store!

We’re animal lovers around here, and fair week is one of our favorite times of the year! 🐄🐑🐐🐇🐓

Our youngest team member, Ava, had an incredible time at the Yamhill County Fair & Event Center, and we’re so grateful to be part of a community that has celebrated agriculture for generations. The very first Yamhill County Fair was held on October 7, 1854, in Lafayette, showcasing everything from livestock and farm equipment to homegrown produce and handmade goods.

More than 170 years later, that tradition is still thriving. It was so much fun seeing many of our customers exhibiting steers, lambs, goats, rabbits, chickens, turkeys, and hogs throughout the week.

Congratulations to every 4-H and FFA exhibitor who dedicated countless hours to caring for, training, and showing your animals. Your hard work, responsibility, and passion for agriculture are what keep this tradition alive, and we’re proud to support the next generation of farmers, ranchers, and livestock exhibitors.

Thank you for allowing us to be a small part of your journey. We already can’t wait for next year’s fair! 💚

Who says breakfast has to be boring? 🐶

Trade the food bowl for a slow feeder or puzzle toy and watch your dog’s meal become a brain game! 🧩 Not only does it help prevent gulping, but it also provides mental stimulation, reduces boredom, and keeps tails wagging long after breakfast is served.

Your dog will thank you. (And you might even get to enjoy your coffee while it’s still hot. 😉)
