Get them while they last! Bellevue Country Store has a Caprese-style sandwich for the month of February for the YCAP Melt Down Grilled Cheese Challenge. It's just so good!

We're so excited to be participating in the YCAP Melt Down grilled cheese challenge this year! For the month of February, we'll be offering the "Grilled Chayseh Caprese" sandwich - basil pesto, mozzarella, provolone, tomato, and bacon with Neapolitan Herb balsamic vinegar from Third Street Oil and Vinegar in McMinnville! There's so much flavor in this sandwich, you have to try it...especially paired with a pint of crisp refreshing Breakside IPA! ... and even better, $2 from every sandwich sold goes to benefit the YCAP food bank. That's a win win right there!
