A little drop-off reminder 💕

We are so thankful for everyone who chooses Second Bloom when it’s time to clean out closets! With the amount of drop-offs we receive, we wanted to give a quick reminder about a couple of our drop-off guidelines.

🛍️ 2 bags, boxes, or totes MAX per drop-off.
We know we’ve been a little lenient with this in the past, but moving forward, we will be sticking firmly to our 2-container limit. This helps us keep up with processing items and allows us to continue accepting drop-offs from as many customers as possible.

🧺 All clothing must be clean and freshly washed.
Please take a moment to make sure items are ready for their next home before bringing them in.

🚭 Items must be free of smoke odor.
Unfortunately, we are unable to accept clothing or other items with a noticeable smoke smell.

We truly appreciate everyone helping us follow these guidelines! They make a BIG difference in keeping our drop-off process running smoothly and getting your items processed and out onto the floor. 💕
