Join Leslie at The Alchemy Studio ( 11181 Edinboro RD, Edinboro, PA) for a Restorative Yoga and Sound Bath experience.

Restorative yoga is a gentle practice that focuses on healing and stillness. Guests are encouraged to use props and their breath to support their practice. (45 minutes)

The sound bath journey is something Leslie has been offering for many years. Her curated vibration and reiki experience can sooth the nervous system and invite serenity. (45 minutes)

How to have a meaning experience:

* There is a selection of mats and props at The Alchemy Studio, but bolsters are limited. We suggest bringing one if you have it.
* Dress for comfort.
* Bring your comfort items for the sound journey portion. Blanket, pillow, etc
* While stillness and serenity are our intention, staying conscious and connected during the sound journey are to your benefit.
* And as always: Leave any judgment or expectations at the sidewalk, we won’t be needing them.

Played a few minutes for Pagan Pride in Erie. Fabulous group of inclusive humans who celebrate every facet of every life! 💜 I managed to snag this one photo while distracted to commemorate the day! I have been trying to make a cute video and announcement of my return to Katie Schopp for an evening of yoga with sound bath, but there’s a noisy & silly creature just outside of my plant room. That means, although I have tried to make you a great little sound bite, you’re stuck with a photo of me, drinking cold early grey with Durga.
The point? I’m at the Alchemy Studio for Restorative Yoga & a Sound Bath on 8/16 @ 4:30pm!

Met the new neighbors while practicing mantras on the lawn. They seem a little stand off-ish but they weren’t unpleasant.

Seriously though, have you ever just watched chipmunks play and run around? It was the highlight of my day!
