Patrons over 55 can enjoy 15% off all non-sale items. It's our little way of saying thank you for being amazing customers and for all the wisdom and experience you bring to our gardening community. Ashcombe’s Kitchen is Hiring!

Part-Time Seasonal Positions Available

Are you a foodie? Join our Kitchen Department, where you will help in all facets of the bakery and café. In our fast-paced friendly environment, you will be involved with food creation and preparation to serve all the wonderful things our amazing customers love.

Café Side: Hours: 10-4pm Weekdays plus rotational weekends. 18-24 hours per week in total. Flexible scheduling.

Ashcombe is hiring a part-time associate to primarily work the café side of the kitchen. Must be available to work lunch shift (11am until 3pm) during the week with rotating weekends. Previous food service experience is a plus but not required. Assigned tasks will include preparing and serving lunch menu items, scooping ice cream, stocking, ringing out customers, and cleaning the dining room and kitchen.

Bakery Side: Hours: 6am-2pm Weekdays plus rotational weekends. 18-24 hours per week in total. Flexible scheduling.

Ashcombe is also looking for someone to primarily work the bakery side of the Kitchen. This position would aid in baking various items and assist the bakery manager with custom orders, as well as cleaning and end-of-shift duties. Baking experience is preferred but not required. The shifts will run with a 6 a.m. start time. Weekend availability required. This position will assist the Café side during peak busy serving time as needed.
