Many have been wondering what’s going on with Thompson Enamel with both communication and ordering issues. They are a small company who have had setbacks with the supply and tariff situations. One imported ingredient was not available for quite a while, and they are still having a difficult time getting caught up in the manufacture of many of their colors that require that particular ingredient. They’re trying hard but are short staffed. Even their office staff is on the line helping to keep up with the demand. All of their 169 enamels for copper, gold, silver, etc. are listed for sale on their site. Unfortunately many of them are not available and you won’t know that until your entire order is placed on hold due to out of stock items.
Enamel Warehouse has been a Thompson distributor for 15 years and communicates directly with Thompson on a weekly basis. Enamel Warehouse gets weekly orders from Thompson, and we only list the enamels that we actually have on our shelves. That way you know exactly what we have for sale on any given day, and we will ship exactly what you order with no holds. If we don’t have it listed, chances are that Thompson doesn’t have it either. My shippers, Kay and Vanessa are very talented and keep the inventory skillfully up-to-date. I answer all questions on my ETSY site usually within a couple of hours. Customer Service is our first priority! Jean

Enamel Warehouse has had the highest standards for Customer Service since 2010. We are women owned and run. Kay, Vanessa, and I are friends and artists. We process orders each and every Monday and Thursday and ship the following day. Unlike other distributors, if you see it listed on our site, then we have it in stock to ship to you. We always refund excess shipping because ETSY determines the shipping and frequently overcharges our customers for the cost of shipping. Enamel Warehouse ~ your one stop shop for all your enameling needs!
