RAFFLE TIME!!!!!

Racked N Ready friends and family we are calling on you to help. Maegan Showalter, who is part of the Mechanicsville Braves Youth Football and Cheer family has been diagnosed with breast cancer. The Showalter family is heavily involved in the program with two young men playing and a husband volunteering his time to coach. The family of Maryam has asked for support. We have all been effected one way or another by cancer, so let’s do our part.

We are raffling off a Springfield Echelon 9mm. The pistol is compensated and comes with 2 magazines. This is a great fi***rm and will make someone happy. We will be selling a total of 60 tickets at $20 a ticket. All proceeds will be donated to the family to help with the battler ahead of them. Please share the post and page, tag your friends and family and spread the word.

They will also be hosting “Barefoot and Brave” this Sunday from 12-4pm at Barefoot Farms located at 21851 Oakley Road in Avenue. They are dedicating this day to Maegan and will have plenty of entertainment on site to show support and raise additional funds.

Let’s show the Showalter’s how the Racked N Ready family is. Let’s sell these tickets quickly and show our support for our community.

The winner will complete all required paperwork with the FFL. All Federal, State and Local laws apply to the sale / transfer of fi***rms. If the winner is an out of state individual, the fi***rm will be shipped to an FFL in the winner’s home state. Winner will be responsible for shipping charges.

Red Ghost brings out some important points that we didn’t post. Protecting our customers is paramount, and we want to make sure any changes we make protect our most valuable item, you the customer.

**NFA Update: Why Red Ghost Is Taking a Measured Approach**

We know about the recent Silencer Shop ruling. We know the seven-day stay is expiring. And yes. we’re aware that Silencer Shop has announced plans to conduct certain suppressor transfers without Form 4s.

But here’s the important part:

A court ruling does not mean the NFA disappeared overnight.

The decision is significant and could have major implications for suppressors and other NFA items. However, there are still important questions about how the ruling applies, what happens next, and how the ATF and DOJ respond.

There are also operational questions that need answers:

• What happens to pending Forms 4 and Forms 3?
• How will ATF's eForms and NFA records be handled?
• How do dealers determine which transactions qualify?
• What documentation should FFLs maintain?
• How will state laws that reference the NFA be affected?
• What happens if the government appeals or seeks another stay?

That’s why Red Ghost is taking a measured approach.

We aren't saying the ruling doesn't matter. Quite the opposite. It matters a lot.

But there is a difference between a court decision and a clear, nationwide operating procedure.

Silencer Shop was directly involved in the litigation and has structured specific transactions around the injunction. That doesn't automatically mean every FFL can simply stop requiring Form 4s without taking on the same legal risk.

At Red Ghost, our responsibility isn't to be the first shop to try something.

Our responsibility is to protect our customers, our FFL, and our ability to serve this community for years to come.

So, until the legal and regulatory picture becomes clearer, we will continue processing NFA transfers through the established ATF/NFA process.

We'll keep watching the courts, DOJ, ATF, and the industry closely. If the rules change and we have a clear path forward. We'll adapt.
