This is Lyle. He was born with congenital vertical talus; his feet folded to his shins. Lyle’s dad says it is kind of like club foot but backwards. This condition prevents Lyle from walking. It has been a long journey for Lyle and his family in these short two years of his life so far.

Lyle has had multiple surgeries already and has had to have casts and boots on his legs/ feet.The next phase of treatment is surgery August 17th at Shriners Hospital in Portland.

Due to the many trips back and forth to Portland for Lyle’s medical care his family is struggling to get by financially. Their vehicle is no longer reliable for the long trip and they will need to rent one. There is a chance a spot may open up for their family in the Ronald McDonald house but as of right now there are no spots for them there.

Eli’s Cotton Candy is fundraising for Lyle’s family; all proceeds raised will be donated to the family to help with travel related expenses.
