I'd like to share an experience I recently had with ServiceMaster, specifically with Joe and Karin Glassner. My husband and I had a flood in our kitchen caused by a refrigerator repairman. We called ServiceMaster and were worried about putting the claim through our homeowners insurance. When Joe came to check out the damage, he photographed and documented everything for us. He helped us immeasurably through the process from start to finish.
When Joe came back to check on us, he advised us what our options were with the insurance company as well as the manufacturer who sent the repairman.
To make a long story short, we ended up filing the claim with our insurance company. With Joe and Karin's knowledge and experience to guide us, we sailed through the process and we were able to get the claim settled with incredible ease.
I truly believe that we would still be struggling to remedy this mess if it wasn't for Joe and Karin Glassner of ServiceMaster. They were always available for questions, went above and beyond when it came to the work that they provided and the way that they took care of our home. I strongly recommend that if you have ANY issues with fires, water damage or any type of home emergency, this is the team to call.
