The Supreme Court ruled on February 20, 2026, that President Trump cannot use the International Emergency Economic Powers Act (IEEPA) to impose broad tariffs, calling it an unconstitutional overreach of executive power. While this strikes down major 2025-2026 tariffs on China, Canada, and Mexico, the administration is immediately implementing new 10% tariffs under different, limited legal authorities.

Leaking tanks and pods? Read truth... here:
For those who have been told there is no need to form a "vacuum seal" with tanks and pod systems, the correct seal terminology is
"pressure seal"... here is an example by using a straw:
Yes, a straw can form a temporary pressure seal, primarily used in science demos to show atmospheric pressure by sealing the top with a finger, preventing air from pushing down on liquid inside, or by creating a vacuum (low pressure) when you drink, allowing outside air pressure to push liquid up. You can also create a physical seal using modeling clay or heat for more permanent closures in experiments like air pressure rockets or cryopreservation.
How it works (Sealing with a Finger)
Normal State: Air pressure pushes down equally on the liquid in the glass and inside the straw, so liquid stays level.
Sealed Top: Covering the top of the straw with your finger stops outside air pressure from pushing down on the liquid column inside.
Vacuum Effect: The pressure from the atmosphere pushing up on the liquid in the glass is now greater than the reduced pressure inside the straw, forcing the liquid up.
Creating a Stronger Seal
Modeling Clay: For projects like air pressure rockets, you can seal one end of a straw with a lump of modeling clay to create a closed container.
Heat Sealing: In cryopreservation, plastic straws are heat-sealed to hold samples, though tiny leaks can be an issue.
Other Examples
Vacuum Sealing Bags: A straw can help remove air from bags by letting you suck air out before quickly sealing the bag.
Positive Expiratory Pressure (PEP): A straw can be used in medical contexts (like after surgery) to create resistance for breathing exercises, demonstrating pressure creation.
* Two things will cause leakage: forgetting the seal; and, cotton or sponge that has been used beyond its power to hold juice/liquid.
* Another example is the use of medicine in a syringe.

I have much to say factually, if you are interested. That information is freely given to you as I have collected 14, almost 15 years of science and, I am living proof.
If you aren't a smoker, do not start va**ng. The cost is eventually going to compound just like it did with ci******es.
When I was in the US Army, a carton... yes, a 10 pack carton of premium Marlboro 100's, was 4.95 at the commissary in Germany where I was stationed in the late 1980's. Additionally, we were free to smoke anywhere, hence, from then on, I averaged about two packs a day (although no longer premium) until I started va**ng in 2010, ending a 28 year cigarette smoking habit. I did not want to quit, but the body told me I must, I was 43 years old then.
It was seven months before I finished smoking, however, I went from two packs a day to 10 cigs in a matter of a moment. I had to work at the last 10. In fact, I opened the shop before I was 100% clear of smoking... and believe me, it was worth it!

Looking at the numbers, Siegel found “daily exposure to diacetyl from smoking is therefore 750 times higher, on average than exposure to diacetyl from va**ng.” Va**rs are, on average, exposed to a daily dose of nine micrograms of diacetyl, compared with 6,718 micrograms for smokers.

I will try to make a long story short:
I am a former chain smoker. After, Lord only knows how many cigs, a friend of my husband convinces me to take a puff from his cig-a-like. I decline, but watch him like a hawk. Later that evening, I consent to give it a try. It was amazing! For the first time in my life I feel this glimmer of hope: I may be able to quit my nasty vice! This was November of 2010.

Back then, internet search results were basically null, locating quality hardware sources proved quite challenging, eliquid choices were scarce, and shipping expensive.
