The will to create is what gives us the power to have it all.
When I very first set the intention to have a medical ma*****na grow, I didn’t believe I could actually find a property to place in my own name.
At the time, I had horrible credit and no previous commercial real estate history. I didn’t meet the stereotypical criteria of a business property owner.
I had found several commercial real estate properties that were for lease and 90% of them did not support the idea of a medical ma*****na grow.
I would tell them what I was looking for and they would tell me that they had it. But, when I told them that I was the medical ma*****na grow, they declined me.
I felt like I was wasting time and I felt shame around doing some thing that not all people support.
I was on the verge of tears as I called my business partner. He basically told me not to give up and that we would get it done. I felt the transfer of that energy and I chose to keep pushing forward.
I began to think about who I knew. I thought, “Surely, someone in my circle or someone that someone knows has something for sale.” I started to believe that I could find someone to sell me a property.
A woman who used to do my hair popped into my mind. I remembered that she had mentioned that she had a friend in cannabis real estate. I instantly messaged her on Facebook and she replied with a phone number within like two minutes.
I felt a wave of faith and confidence rush over me. I decided that right when the man answered the phone, I would tell him everything. I would not wait until the end of the conversation to reveal that I am a medical ma*****na grow.
He answered and I said, “Hi, Sean. My name is Brittany. I got your number from a friend of mine, Kelsey!! She said that you could help me find a commercial building that is 1500 square ft or more. I have a down payment, bad credit and no previous history with commercial properties.”
That was the first time that I had opened with that. Surprisingly, he replied “Oh, hey, Brittany. I actually have some thing that may be perfect for you!”
We arranged to meet the next day. My heart danced when I saw the property. I even saw a rainbow! It was THE PROPERTY!
A day later, we made an offer and the owner accepted the offer with owner finance!! 🤯
I never had to run a credit check or meet any requirements to be the owner of a commercial real estate property.
I switched my perspective to believing in my will to create and created my desire.
Everything that I needed for the manifestation to come to life was already in my reality. The only thing limiting me was my own mind. I had to specifically claim what I want and call it forward.
The laws of society never determine what we get to have and be. Our will to create does that. We have the power… all of it.
Where there’s a will, there’s a way!!
