Our Amaretto Truffle is made with Belgian 54% cacao dark chocolate ganache infused with Disaronno Amaretto (Disaronno is a sweet Italian liqueur with notes of almond, apricot, herbs and fruit. -however it isn't made with almonds)

~roasted, salted pumpkin seeds ground and blended with our sea salt caramel, enrobed in Belgian 54% cacao dark chocolate.

~Serrano pepper infused honey blended into our Belgian 54% cacao dark chocolate ganache and topped with crushed organic red pepper.

Lemon Peppercorn
~ Belgian 54% cacao dark chocolate ganache infused with fresh lemon zest and pink peppercorn.
Pink peppercorns are fragrant, sweet and floral without the heat of traditional black peppercorns.
