I started growing my own microgreens last year, and somehow that turned into growing sprouts too… and now I’m hooked. Lately I’ve been doing broccoli, radish, and alfalfa right on my kitchen counter, and it’s honestly one of the easiest (and most satisfying) things I’ve added into my routine. No garden, no complicated setup… just a jar, some seeds, and a quick rinse each day.

They’re fresh, packed with nutrients, and make everything feel a little more intentional — toss them on sandwiches, salads, eggs… or just snack on them straight from the jar.

I always thought growing your own food had to be a whole production, but this has been such a simple, low-stress way to start. If you’ve been thinking about it, this might be the easiest little upgrade to your kitchen routine 🌱

Hi friends! It’s been a bit since I’ve posted but I wanted to share what I’ve been using lately — my Magnesium Oil Spray. I’ve been using it on my achy knee, and it’s helped so much that I decided to add it to my shop! 🙌
