My neighbor sent me this photo asking, 'Hey... is this your dog?' At first, I was ready to deny it, but then I spotted him standing on the balcony like he owns the block, holding a brick. I told her, 'Don't worry, he doesn't bite! She replied, 'Yeah, I know. He's been throwing bricks at people!
