Things started so well, even Isaac Lockwood approved… then day 2 had some highs and lows, it was day 3 that just did not work.

Regrouping to sort out training for CO Nats in a month.

So much progress this year, cut my raw time by a whole bunch as compared to the super squad… more work to do…. Consistency is not there yet…

New HOWITZER MFG belt is so good! Light, yet rigid… tons of Velcro engagement with the inner belt… get the best belt on the market before all the nationals get going 💪🏽

Performing at a match and helping students at the same time can be tough and taxing but we managed to grab another W and help 14 people make progress in their competition journey
