Today's March into the Outdoors comes to us from Patrik of Fine Art by Patrik.

Patrik painted this striking piece from a photo of the white pelicans that landed on Pickwick Lake last summer.

The painting is done in acrylic on canvas, and Patrik lets us in some of her technique by sharing that she textured the rocks with canvas paste before she painted on the acrylic.
