Mary Robin Williams known around the world as Priestess Miriam, founder of the New Orleans Voodoo Spiritual Temple has passed away. Originally from Mississippi, Priestess Miriam is a legend in the New Orleans Voodoo community and is known around the world for her work as an educator in African traditions and a compassionate spiritual healer.

A. Schwab is happy to announce that we will be exhibiting Beale Street Monster Club's Bigfoot on Beale Mini Museum of Cryptid History and Folklore from August 31st - September 25th!!! This mini museum will be set up on the top floor of the store and will showcase the exciting history of the world's most famous cryptid along with the return of the Tennessee Wildman photo op!!! If you visit the mini museum on a Monday, Tuesday, Thursday or Friday, you will get a personal tour from curator Michael J. Cox.

Memphis Memories: Many of us in the Mid-South grew up with memories of this logo and the sound of a blowing steamboat whistle. WMC-TV first went on the air December 11, 1948, originally as WMCT on Channel 4. It was the first television station in Tennessee.
