Amy LaVere’s Vegan Chocolate LaVa Cart will be parked in the lot behind Maggie’s Farm beginning at noon tomorrow, Monday December 14th. I’ll be serving Hot Chocolate and featuring the new Dark Salted LaVa mousse. Come stop by! I’ll be there till 5pm, unless I sell out sooner. Maggie’s Pharm is a fabulous place to do some Christmas Shopping too. 😉🎄

The Chocolate Cart is on the move! Tomorrow is it’s first adventure from it’s residency at GPAC. Come take in this peaceful, unique view of Memphis with some rich hot chocolate! I hear the food and beer are pretty spectacular here as well.

The formula for the world's most delicious vegan chocolate treat has reached it's apex and I'm finally ready to get this business off the ground. The first two flavors, 'Chocolate LaVa' and 'Chocolate Hot LaVa' (with ancho chilies) will be available in a cold cup or a frozen push-up pop soon! The nutritional analysis for this vegan delight is two weeks away but I can tell you it's an allergy free wonder. Organic GF Oat cream was born for this. Thank you to my testers for the helping me get the recipe just right. Can't wait for everyone to try it.
