Father and son duo times two!

Sunday on the Menominee River. Definitely a hot experience. the bite was typical, very light during the day, and all the action came at 6:45 p.m. and on. “It was a kayak trip until 6:45, then it was a fishing trip!”

Glad they came up to experience what the Menominee has to offer!

Life in the fast lane. Our dog Beau on a morning “walk.”

Beau is our shop dog. He has an Uncle Beau Wilson as my wife thought we couldn’t change his name now… (got him from the shelter when he was 3.5 yrs old). He just turned 5 in May. This is a typical start to our day.

Even though we are open 7-3 Saturdays and Sundays, Beau (the dog) does not work weekends or holidays. He is a Doberman Pincher mixed 50% with a North Carolina Plott Hound. He isn’t particularly fast, but he can go like this all day if we let him.
