246 people went to sleep knowing they had a flight in the morning.
2,606 people went to sleep before work in the morning.
343 firefighters went to sleep in preperation to protect the city and its citizens from emergencies and rescue those in distress.
23 NYPD police officers went to sleep in preparation for morning patrol.
37 PAPD police officers went to sleep in preparation for their morning patrols at NY's tunnels, bridges, and at the World Trade Center complex

None of them saw past 10:28am on Sept 11, 2001. In one single moment life would never be the same for thousands of people, their families, friends, and strangers.

Isaiah 6:8 And I heard the voice of God say, “Whom shall I send? And who will go for us?”

And I answered, “I am here Lord. I will go!”

406 1st Responders who answered that call tomorrow would never return.

Tonight before you go to sleep, to honor those who perished, please consider making the decision to never take one second of your life for granted.
Be kind.
Love intensely.
Work hard.
Volunteer.
Make every day count.

God bless those who perished and those that continue to fall due to 9/11 illnesses.
