The Speakeasy Leather Co. The Speakeasy Leather Co is proud to be an American manufacturer of luxury handmade leather goods.

Our products are handmade using individually selected and hand finished American leather hides and traditional leatherworking practices. The process of producing one of our products starts with the selection of the proper crust leather to ensure the strength, durability, and the desired look and feel can be achieved. We incorporate the age old traditions of leather making into every product we pro

duce by adding various oils, waxes, and topcoats to the raw hides. This enhances the natural appearance of each hide, while creating an attractive long lasting piece of leather. Next, each pattern of leather is hand cut and the edges are hand dressed and burnished using a wooden slicking dowel. The final assembly combines old school artistry with new school creativity to create a crisp and clean handmade product.
