We've been thankfully doing this for almost 7 years now, maintaining the highest of guest review ratings. And in this time, we've been continuously reminded of what matters most to ensuring an outstanding guest experience.
The formula is really quite simple. Give your guests everything they EXPECT... and then give them MORE. That's it. That's what makes happy guests, and consequently, great reviews.
And they deserve it. We fully realize there's lots of options out there. And if our guests are willing to trust us to spend their hard-earned dollars to give them a positive experience, then we are equally committed to reward that trust with an experience that exceeds the ordinary AirBnB or hotel stay.
We take that very seriously. And even almost 7 years later, it would be really easy to rest on our laurels, and take shortcuts, and maybe even skip on some cleaning chores for this nearly century-old home, and hope that the next guests won't notice.
But we will NOT give in to such shortcuts. You don't get GREAT ratings by being less than GREAT. We're still fully committed to exceeding all that our guests deserve and expect. Our cleaning procedures are still as robust as they were in the height of the Covid era.
And we continue to maintain and refresh the charming, eclectic, lake cottage vibe that brings so much needed and sought-after homey R&R to our family of cottage guests.
Hosting YOU better than the next option is why we do what we do. And we will not allow ourselves to forget or underestimate that point.
