I teach sourdough baking at the Mequon Public Market periodically and sometimes I purchase a delicious pizza from Mad Rush Pizza, located in the Market. Perhaps some of you have enjoyed his pizzas. Owner Laron was scammed out of $9000 back in May from a fraudulent loan company. Laron's a great guy, serving really good pizza, growing his business. Let's help him out. Honeybees drinking water off the edge of our lotus tubs and they land on the lotus pads. Sometimes a bee gets into the water directly and I'll use a little stick to help them back onto a solid surface.

New Rustic Sourdough Bread Classes now available.

Check out these beautiful sourdough breads made by recent participants after attending my Rustic Sourdough Bread Class at the Mequon Public Market. During this hands on workshop you'll start the process and take home to finish and bake the following day. Take home a fresh SD starter. Classes offered at the Mequon Public Market (April 21st, Nicolet High School Adult Enrichment Program (May 14th), and Happy Place Cooking Space (this coming fall).
