Good morning ESTATE Sale friends!! We want to thank you ALL that came to our sale, tried to get to our sale, and also those that could not. It was a challenge in every way. We FAR exceeded our expectations which were set on a low volume. We had more calls, emails and text messages (even in the middle of the night!) that I couldn't return all of them.

We wanted an open to the public sale as this house was INCREDIBLE in every way. The client had such a wonderful house and only purchased the best of the best. We did what we could and had a spectacular 4 day sale.

Too bad about the parking, but there wasn't any for miles. The MIPD would have had a ticketing /towing frenzy in addition to shutting us down. So therefore, we hadn't a choice.

Thank you thank you for your understanding and patience.

Next up my book is getting released June 10. **I will post on this page and my personal page.

We have a banger of a sale at the end of July. (which is so vast/packed/vintage it will take over 30 days to set up). Open to the public in Lake Forest Park. We normally won't go that far north BUT this is just exceptional.

Hello ESTATE Sale friends!!! We have some.....interesting news. We have been informed that MIPD will shut us down if we have an open to the public sale BECAUSE there is absolutely no parking. Initially we thought people could park on East Mercer and walk down but there is very few parking spots for the crowd we typically get. So therefore, we are doing an appointment sale from Wednesday to Saturday. We can only use the driveway and 2 spots in front of the house. Good morning ESTATE Sale friends!! It's starting to look a lot like summer is on the way.......we want to kick off summer with a stellar Mercer Island Mansion on the water sale the last weekend of the month. It is a DOOZY!!!
