I've decided to keep using the same scrubby yarn I've been using to make my original scrubbies. It's thicker and works up much nicer. As for the Hobby Lobby scrubby yarn, it works really well along with a strand of cotton yarn. I think I'll make some scrubbies like this just to see what people think of them🤷‍♀️

Google must think pretty highly of what you can charge for crocheted items. So just for giggles let's do this.
Cost of items: $5.99 x 5 = $30
Labor (on the cheap side, 28 hrs total) = $280
Then the times 2 = $620

And Chambersburg, let's talk about coffee for a second. I pulled into the parking lot to get my yarn and there were 2 lanes of cars from Rt 30 down to Hobby Lobby and going in front of the whole shopping center, then back up to 7 Brew. Why, y'all why??? Nothing is worth waiting in a line like that. I'd have to have a p*e bottle or something 😂😂😂 and snacks. Cant forget the snacks 😂

Anyhow, I'm making a run to Grandma's House tomorrow morning! 27 dishcloths and 17 scrubbies being dropped off. I'll also be heading to Hobby Lobby beforehand to purchase some more yarn. I gravitate to variegated colors, but if anyone has any suggestions for solids, drop a comment below⬇️
