Testing out another new cookie recipe tonight — Espresso Toffee Cookies! ☕🍪🤎

I’ve been busy testing and perfecting new cookie recipes because I’m getting ready to start selling cookies! My goal is to have a full lineup of delicious cookie flavors coming very soon for online ordering and local pickup! 🍪🙌

Luckily, this is just a test batch because I got them all scooped out and ready to bake and then realized…

I FORGOT TO ADD THE ESPRESSO! 🤦‍♀️😂

Ughhh! How do you make Espresso Toffee Cookies and forget the espresso?! Silly me. 😂

So I guess tonight we’re testing Toffee Cookies, and Espresso Toffee will officially be test batch #2! 🤣

Hey, that’s what test batches are for, right?! And they still look pretty darn good! 😋🍪

To our wonderful customers and supporters:

Unfortunately, we will not be participating in the Hyde Park Street Fair this year. After many years as a returning vendor, we were not selected for the 2026 event.

We understand that new organizers have taken over and that many long-time vendors were not chosen this year due to changes in the selection process and limited space. While we're certainly disappointed, we are incredibly grateful for all the support we've received from the Hyde Park community over the years.

We will miss seeing so many familiar faces at the fair this September, but we look forward to connecting with you at other events throughout the year. We'll be announcing upcoming shows and markets soon, so stay tuned!

I've been working on new flavors, and these Green Apple Crunch are fresh out of the test batch. Sweet, tangy, and seriously addictive.

Breaking news: Licorice factory in my kitchen. 116 Sour Watermelon bagged tonight, 168 Sour Blue Raspberry the other night… only 1,440 left. At this point I’m basically W***y Wonka without the Oompa Loompas. 😂🍬

Last weekend, the Hyde Park Street Fair exceeded expectations with its seamless organization and enjoyable atmosphere. Those who missed this exceptional event should plan to attend next year.
