Almost done! A bowl full of my “Teeny Weeny Octopi” requested by the sweetest customers ever…1st graders at my daughter’s school.

I often crochet after I pick up Sarah from school while she plays with her friends at the playground at school. On one particular day as a few 1st graders filed into my car chatting away with Sarah they saw me making these and said “can you make one for me?” How could I say no. So I did.

But soon after more 1st graders came to my car wanting some too. Hmmm. I hadn’t thought this through. I just thought it was so cute how the first kiddos asked for one I had to do it.

I had started something and the only way to finish it was to make everyone in Sarah’s class one and in the other 1st grade class too.

33 down and only 9 more to go!

I have to say I ❤️ how my husband supports my small business. I have to say, I think riding his motorcycle may have had some influence on taking me to buy yarn at Hobby Lobby 😆 of course…I love it too!

Today was an exciting day! Made my first shipment, to Alaska!

2 large sea turtles, 2 hats and a few free goodies.

Also made a local delivery and the lady was so excited. Makes me happy to make wonderful gifts and see people so happy to receive them ❤️
