All ready for a final sand and oil! Final weight is HEAVY and dimensions are 70 5/8” long x 26 1/2” wide x 2 1/2” high. I only lost just over 1/8” in flattening/sanding. Not bad.

100% Handcrafted pen display for my handmade wood pens. I even whipped up the dowels for
the raised section out of some white ash. The bottom is cherry and the white is curly maple. Not one nail or screw used in making this. All Japanese joinery.

Napkin holder project someone asked me for. They ordered the same napkins for years and suddenly they changed the size on her. She asked me to make her a box that fits the larger napkins. I gladly took on this challenge.

I found this very dry and straight Maple branch on the land the other day next to some huge spalted maple logs. How!? Someone just left it there for me.
