Kim and I have been to MANY local yarn stores (LYS) over the years. One thing we have found is a lack of focus on our crochet friends. I want the Little Yarn Camper to be a place where anyone can find what they want for their craft of choice!

We already carry a beautiful supply of Universal Yarns Worsted Weight (4) Superwash Wool - but I heard rumblings of wanting more in the budget luxury selection. I'm here for it, y'all!

So, my fiber Hohmies - what weight/blend of yarn are you looking for to attack those projects in your Ravelry library?

Kim and Casi are doing a small hike at Red Rock today - little, much need “Mommy and Me” time for Casi’s 20th birthday!

Meanwhile - I found my way around Denver to the Botanic Gardens and found the perfect spot to sit and pull out my knitting!

Southern NH friends, I’m looking for more places to bring the Little Yarn Camper!

Hi everyone! I’m Olivia, owner of Little Hohmies and The Little Yarn Camper, a 22-foot mobile yarn shop filled with beautiful yarn, knitting and crochet supplies, stitch markers, handmade goodies and other fun things for fiber lovers.

We officially hit the road, and after a wonderful first event, I’m ready to start filling the calendar with more places to pop up!
The best part about having a yarn shop on wheels is that I can bring it right to the communities where knitters, crocheters and fiber lovers already are.

I’m looking to connect with local coffee shops, breweries, bakeries, farms and farm stands, seasonal businesses, shops and boutiques, markets, community events, and even businesses with larger parking lots that might be interested in hosting the camper for a day.

It doesn’t necessarily have to be a formal event, either. If you have a good location and think a little yarn shop on wheels would be a fun addition for the day, I’d love to talk!
