Hi friends!

I know we can’t put stock in every rumor or complaint but, I take this one pretty personally and want to address it.

I have a phenomenal team at Duke’s. They work HARD! There is so much that goes into running the shop and these ladies keep it all rolling smoothly. Are we perfect? No. Are we fast? Sometimes! And sometimes, orders simply take a minute to make. Especially frappes and milkshakes.

One thing is for certain, we are all working hard to get orders out when we are busy. We try to be quick and efficient. And, we are still developing a routine for those super busy times. Your wait might be somewhat long, but my girls? They are not slow. They are busy and there happens to be orders ahead of you. And, they are still learning.

With that being said, we are always looking for ways to improve! Some people have had suggestions and we have tried listened. Please, if you feel like your service is ever subpar, I want to know.

But please remember to extend grace and patience to my staff. You can be mean to me. But, do not be rude to them. We have always been transparent about our wait times after school. We are trying to get better every day! And we have always made sure to share our gratitude to our precious community for supporting the shop because we truly are so thankful!

We are very proud to have what we have in Mertzon! It’s become such a special place and we cherish doing life with you all. 🫶🏼🩵🫶🏼
