I started Memaw's Attic Page as a Reseller of Collectibles, Vintage Goodies, Glass & Pottery Art, Signed Art and more! Here's what I learned:

I have an excellent "eye" for "fantastic things" and I'm GREAT at buying amazing Inventory! Love to research, buy and find the "diamond in the rough." No problem purchasing the Bubble-Wrap, Boxes, Photo Booth, blah, blah, blah.
That being said...I absolutely SUCK (can I say that?) at listing and selling! Hard to make money when one never tries to sell anything; lesson learned!
My loss/gain is your gain. Inventory is getting harder to find. Goodwill has become a "retail-priced" store and the competition for valuables is stiff.

Founded by two master glassblowers, Lee Wassink and Nathan Sheafor, The Glass Forge first lit its furnaces on Memorial Day of 1998. Specializing in Venetian-style art glass, they produce a wide variety of functional and artistic glass objects.

The Glass Forge Gallery and Studio uses traditional Italian art glass techniques to create the wide variety of art you see on our website. Most of our work is done in a team-oriented fashion, with a gaffer directing the art being created. These techniques have been practiced for at least two thousand years.

*Tea Candle Holder Carrot Lady (2002). Charmingly unique handmade and hand-painted artistic creation of a barefoot, country peasant woman wearing a red scarf and apron decorated with of course carrots! and carrying a large carrot with a basket on her back which is designed to hold a votive size candle.
8.25" x 6.5" x 8.5" H.

18 Carrots - Mixed Vegetables collection by Blue Sky. Introduced in 2002. Now retired. Laura Kelly's inspired creations, "18 Carrots," and "Laura Kelly's Garden" represent her vision of land of plenty, tended by strong, sturdy settlers who reap and sow a forever-plentiful crop. Each is a combination of wit, close observation, distinctive character, and real concerns for daily life. Graced with a love of nature - human and otherwise, they are meant to be entertaining, and perhaps something a little bit more!
