White chocolate is simple — but details matter. 🍫

Ingredients:
• 200g food-grade cocoa butter
• 120g powdered sugar
• 120g milk powder

Important tips (don’t skip these):
- If your milk powder is even slightly coarse, run it through a food processor or blender before adding it. Coarse milk powder is one of the main reasons white chocolate turns out grainy instead of smooth.
- Melt the food grade cocoa butter on low heat so it doesn’t scorch (110-125 degrees).

Optional flavor additions (use sparingly):
• A pinch of salt (balances sweetness)
• Vanilla (powder or oil works best)
• A tiny amount of lemon for brightness

White chocolate is all about texture and balance — small choices make a big difference.
