May is Mental Health Awareness Month so it felt like the perfect time to share some thoughts that are central to the way I approach mindful living.
Building a brand centered on mental health means normalizing the tough stuff like self-care, ditching the pressure to be productive 24/7, and giving our kids the vocabulary to express their feelings early on.
Healing is messy, rest is productive, and therapy is for everyone.
