Hey guys! This week, I got invited to travel to Minneapolis with my trusted assistant Jonas for the Target Pride Emerging Brand Experience.

We arrived a day early and got to explore the beautiful city. Since its pride month, we of course went and checked out the local q***r spots! So shout out to Roxys Cabert and our amazing hosties Zetoviii Zakasha . The food was so delicious!

The next day, the real fun began. It was an honor to sit in a room with 30 other brands from all over the country. After intros and insightful presentation, we got a opprotunity to chat with Target buyers, where I got to ask questions and get valuable insight from a buyer perspective about my brand. We ended the day getting to share our brands with the amazing Target Team members. Which was an absolute blast, and the amazing feedback and interactions just really filled my cup.

Big shout out to my mom for helping me get there, and my husband and kids for holding down the fort back home so mom can go do hard things. I left feeling so inspired and motivated to keep sharing Hey Rosie with all of you.

May is Mental Health Awareness Month so it felt like the perfect time to share some thoughts that are central to the way I approach mindful living.

Building a brand centered on mental health means normalizing the tough stuff like self-care, ditching the pressure to be productive 24/7, and giving our kids the vocabulary to express their feelings early on.

Healing is messy, rest is productive, and therapy is for everyone.

Time to get this ball rolling again…

My time at home getting to enjoy all the baby snuggles has had some amazing days and some very tough days. Finding my new normal has come with its own set of challenges but we’re taking it one day at a time.

Days like today where there is progress and creativity flowing in harmony I really cherish. I am excited for more just like it to come.

So prep for Tempe Blooms is officially underway!! This is my favorite market of the season so I hope you’ll come out next weekend and say hi!!

I could not ask for 2 better markets to return to and start the new year off with a bang!!

Come find me at 2nd Sunday on Mill in where there will be some FUN & FREE creative activities for the whole family to enjoy. I’m excited to be hosting a Love Letter to Yourself workshop where you’ll can take an intentional moment to reflect on what you hope the year ahead will bring.

Then on the 24th-25th we’ll be back in Tempe for Tempe Blooms. Enjoy amazing vendors, beauty flowers, art, and more!!
