Took a few weeks to try something different.
Take some time.
Back to work for about 15 minutes, colleague pops in, asks a few questions about stamping and basic fabrication so I turn this demo out in about 20 minutes. Faster than even I expected.

Im pretty good at this stuff if I can just get out of my own way now and then

I fell in with the Cluffs around my high school days and ate more than my share of cereal out of that home. When things got bad for me they took me in.

When we lose family, a mom, all the emotions of old history rise to the surface. “This is the sister who…” “well, she always had to have…” “they never did didn’t get along after…” “well you know how the siblings are…”

Life Long relationships/ family relationships, are the most difficult thing. A long life lived makes for complicated and bumpy lore, things that can’t really be put into easy and simple truths. History. Memories. Regrets. Wishes. Remorse.

When I was a child lost and alone, Marion Cluff was so kind to me. She would always smile and laugh at whatever I had to say and always made me feel safe and welcome at a time when I did not feel those things at all.

I’m so grateful to have known her.
