Time to get your bow restrung NOW before archery deer season!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Strings are made to order so we want to give everybody plenty of time to practice with and adjust their bow sights to the new strings before going out hunting.
What you will need to do if you want new strings.
Bring us your bow so we can get all the correct information regarding make, model, year, cam type, draw length, string lengths, serving locations, peep location etc.... It works best if you can just leave the bow and then we can let our string maker duplicate the strings on your bow exactly. This also allows us to install the strings, before you pick up the bow so when you come back all you have to do is shoot the bow at our range to sight it in ( please bring your release and arrows ) and we can do any fine tuning then.
Strings are BCY X99 material

The price includes
1. Installing the new string
2. timing the bow
3. installing a new D-loop
4. reinstalling your old peep,or any other string accessories.
5. setting center shot and square
6. reinstalling drop away style rests
7. bench sighting in
8. you will get your choice of up to two colors for the string
9. When you pick up your bow you get as long as you need to finish sighting in your bow at our 30 yard range ( please bring your arrows and release )

The Missouri Dept of Conservation is taking applications for 2026 season managed deer hunts, the application window closes on July 31st. This is your opportunity to sign up for hunts in various locations or under conditions that you are not allowed to normally hunt. Examples include, Urban hunts, Veterans hunts, youth, people with disabilities, normally restricted conservation areas......

Come join us at the 2026 Outdoor 3D archery tournament at Mark Twain Lake, South of Monroe City Missouri on Saturday August 1st.

We will be running the IRON BUCK challenge, which along with the grand prize for the shooter who is able to hit the target at the longest distance, all other participants will be entered into a raffle for other prizes depending on the farthest distance that they were able to successfully hit the target.

Reading Farms will also have our portable archery shop on site to help anyone with bow issues or to pick up any little accessories that they may have left at home sitting on the kitchen table.
