Our CEO and lead designer Daniel “Danny” Montano flew over to Kemah, TX to meet an extraordinary young man putting up a good fight. His name is Devarjaye “DJ” Daniel a.k.a. “Turtle”.

Danny was linked to Raymond Garivey Jr. of the KEMAH POLICE DEPARTMENT through a mutual friend, and they instantly hit it off. Chief Garivey shared with Danny, DJ’s story and he was moved to create DJ his very own official challenge coin. After being sworn in as an honorary member of so many agencies, some of those being DEA and the USSS, Danny felt inspired to design his coin.

The challenge coin was presented to DJ, along with his father Theodis Daniel and Chief Garivey. Only five 2 challenge coin special box sets were created for them and for a VIP who will remain nameless at this time.

DJ, on behalf of the Sheepdog Projects family, the Sheepdog Projects Foundation we want to wish you nothing but the best. May our Lord be the driving force and strength throughout your journey. As Chief Garivey says, “Stay Relentless”, buddy!
