HIYA EVERYONE! 💛💛
We have lots of new small businesses on here so I thought I’d introduce ourselves and show you guys the faces behind The Local’s Market!! 🎉💛
My name is Katie Castillo and my husbands name is David Castillo. I mainly run all of the social media so anytime you DM us, you’ll be speaking with me!
We founded the company in 2020 after bad experiences participating in other markets. I personally own a small macramé business that originally was a hobby and during the pandemic I turned it into a business, and then later on decided to pursue the market and turn my small macramé business back into a hobby.
We're a family owned business with big dreams, which led us to create The Local's Market. We are a small pop-up shop business where we implore locals to support locals. We support a variety of small businesses from handmade clothing and/or jewelry, vintage clothing, repurposed items, handcrafted gifts, small batch food, and everything in between. Our biggest priority is to bring our community together by any means necessary, and just hang out and get to know one another!
We hope to get to know each and every new small business that followed us on our journey, and hopefully have you be able to become a vendor and host an event alongside us.
We have big plans for The Local’s Market this year, so SIT BACK & REPOST, FOLLOW US, SHARE!
We usually host anywhere from 2-4 markets per month so there will be plenty of events to participate in.
