Cancellations happen. Life happens. 🤍

But when an unusual number of payment plans are suddenly canceled because a family member passed away—and it always seems to happen right when the payment is due—we start noticing a pattern.

Here’s the truth:

We do not hold cancellations against our clients. Ever.

Need to cancel? Just tell us. We’ll simply collect any applicable deposit or late fee outlined in our policy, and you’re always welcome back when you’re ready. No judgment. No blacklist. No hard feelings.

What is disappointing is feeling like a made-up tragedy is somehow easier than an honest conversation.

The overwhelming majority of our BBG clients are incredible. They communicate, honor their commitments, and make this business such a joy to run. This post isn’t about the 99%—it’s about the tiny 1% who somehow all seem to have the exact same excuse. Sometimes even telling the same excuse two, three times.

Honesty will always earn more respect than a story. ♥️ love yall ♥️
